How To Become An Upward Bound Student
In order to become a member of the Bemidji State University Upward
Bound Program you must first apply. Application forms are available
from your high school counselor or directly from the Upward Bound

Application Process
- Pick up an application from your high school counselor
- Complete the application form with your parent (s)
or guardian.
- Return the completed application to your school counselor
Your school counselor will attach a transcript of your grades and assessments
measuring your academic need and your potential for success in higher education and
submit it to Upward
Bound
Complete applications must be received before March 1st.
