charges, please make any changes prior to the beginning of the semester.
Last day to drop with a refund
Fees,
tuition, $500 of the dorm is due
September 8 Financial Aid disbursement begins in Deputy 203.
October 10 BILL is DUE IN FULL. You will be asked to check out of the dorm if your account is not paid in full. You will not be able to pre-register for another semester, receive grades, graduate, or receive a transcript if you owe on your bill. You will automatically be assessed late fees if you have any outstanding balance on fees, tuition or dorm.
NAME/ADDRESS CHANGES: Make sure you have a local and/or a billing address on file. You can change your address through the on-line registration page under the “student” tab or by contacting the Records Office. It is your responsibility to have a correct address on file. You must contact the Records Office if you are not attending BSU.
FINANCIAL AID: Your bill MAY NOT reflect any financial aid, athletic scholarships, third party funding, grad assistantship or RA reimbursements that you have been awarded. If you have not received an award letter or have any questions concerning financial aid, contact the Financial Aids Office @218-755-2034 or their office is in D114. You will be required to repay a portion of your financial aid if you withdraw or discontinue attending classes before March 29th, the end of the 60% period of the semester.
CENTER FOR EXTENDED LEARNING: CEL classes are NOT in our tuition banding. Those credits are charged separately from on campus classes and charged per credit.
RECIPROCITIES: North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin students MUST file for reciprocity to be eligible to receive resident rates. Reciprocities forms are available in the Records Office in Deputy 101 or on that state reciprocity website.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: Payment for first semester international student’s health insurance is due by September 1st or you will be withdrawn from your classes. You will need to re-register if you are dropped; you will not automatically be reinstated. This will result in you being out-of-status with US Immigration.
