Life Science (Biology) Minor, B.S. (Teacher Licensure)

I. Required Biology Courses

This minor will complement and enhance many majors but does not in and by itself lead to a career choice.

Alert: New State of Minnesota teacher licensure rules may go into effect Fall 1998. Before registering for classes, please consult the revised Handbook for Teacher Education Students, available in the office of the Department of Education.

Note: BIOL 1117 and BIOL 1118 may be substituted for BIOL 1211 and BIOL 1212 with consent of Department Chair. Students may not receive credit toward the major for both BIOL 1117/1118 and BIOL 1211/1212.
