Industrial Technology Major, B.S.

The Industrial Technology program offers a variety of fields of emphasis, some of which have an applied technology focus, while others stress management technology. The applied technology fields of emphasis, which include Industrial Design Technology and Manufacturing Technology, prepare individuals for hands-on application of engineering theory and practice. In contrast, Construction Management, Human Resource Development, Manufacturing Management, and Model Making fields of emphasis provide students with contemporary applications of management theories and practices in these occupational areas.

Note: Upon approval of the Industrial Technology Department staff, certain major courses can be substituted in the technical core, professional core, or area of emphasis from related Technical and Community College programs.
