Do <strong>NOT<\/strong> fill out the bottom half indicated on the left side by &ldquo;Complete only for new courses.&rdquo;<\/li>\n<li><strong>On page 4<\/strong>, fill out the page as instructed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On page 5, <\/strong>attach a sample syllabus for the course.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>How to Complete the Core Curriculum Forms<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Go the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/mybsu\/faculty-resources\/faculty-curriculum-forms\/\"><strong>Core Curriculum Forms<\/strong><\/a> webpage and click on the <strong>Core Curriculum Goals Area<\/strong> form for the goal area you selected previously. This will open the Word document form for the goal area.\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\">NOTE<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\">: <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">If you have chosen to list your course within 2 goal areas, then click on the second <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Core Curriculum Goals Area<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> form.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Fill out the Core Curriculum Area form or forms.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1: General Information<\/strong> &ndash;
