About Biology

One of the larger academic programs at BSU, Biology typically has about 489 majors. And we’re committed to every one.

Our departmental mission is to foster the personal, educational, and professional development of our students and faculty. Of our all of our majors, about 50 are in the Aquatic Biology program, with the balance spread between the department’s other areas.  Check out our new major in Wildlife Biology.
