The application process to be admitted into the nursing program is a two step process. The first step is to be accepted to Bemidji State University. Once a student is accepted to BSU they may begin the application process to join the nursing program.
Application Process
Pre-Licensure Admission Process
- Complete the BSU Undergraduate Application
- Once admitted to Bemidji State University, you may apply to the Pre-Licensure Track once you’ve met the application requirements.
RN to B.S. Admission Process
Admission to the University does not grant admission to the nursing program. All students must apply and be accepted to the major before they can begin the sequence of professional nursing courses. Once the program is full, applicants will be placed on campus-specific waiting lists. To be considered for acceptance, students must:
- Apply to BSU through the Center for Extended Learning.
- Once admitted to Bemidji State University, you may apply to the RN to B.S. track Nursing major.
