Governor Walz approved the bill which allows for a Conditional Tier 3 License for people who have been unable to take the MTLE Pedagogy and Content exams. There are quite a few “conditions” tied to this licensure option. The Certification Officer will be available to explain the Conditional Tier 3 License (in detail). If you have not passed/taken the Pedagogy and/or Content tests, please try to attend one of the sessions or schedule a meeting using the email listed below. Remember, you must have a job offer for a Tier 2 license. You do not need a job offer for the Conditional Tier 3 License.

Announcing a scholarship opportunity for female professional education majors attending BSU. At Northwest Minnesota Foundation, we have a scholarship set up called the Delta Kappa Gamma – Mu Chapter Myrtie Hunt Scholarship. Eligible students are females, going into their sophomore or junior year. The deadline for students to apply is May 31, 2020. The scholarship award is up to $2,500.
