We offer a number of optional Endorsements, Certificates & Licensure Programs to enhance your knowledge in specific areas and to complement your Teaching License.

Teaching Endorsements

Teaching Endorsements are optional add-ons to existing licenses. They result in add-on licenses which expand your teaching credentials.

• PrePrimary Endorsement (Age 3 – PreK)
  Available as an add-on to an Elementary License (K-6) license.
• Middle School Communication Arts & Literature/English Endorsement (5-8)
• Middle School Math Endorsement (5-8)
• Middle School Science Endorsement (5-8)
• Middle School Social Studies Endorsement (5-8)

Certificates

Undergraduate and Graduate students may also elect to complete additional credits in order to earn a certificate. We currently offer two certificates:

• Online Teaching Certificate (graduate only)
• Special Education Certificate (graduate only)
• Coaching Certificate

Licensure Programs

We offer several Licensure-Only programs for students who already hold an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (from BSU or elsewhere).
