Taskstream LAT is an online set of tools used by Professional Education faculty and students to manage data.
DO NOT PURCHASE AN ACCOUNT THROUGH TASKSTREAM! Each student is provided a subscription to Taskstream upon admission to the Professional Education program. They maintain this subscription for the duration of their time in the program.
Unfortunately, the Department of Professional Education is not able to guarantee reimbursement of any payment made directly to Taskstream.
Note: If your Taskstream account has expired, please submit a request to Amanda.Chesley@bemidjistate.edu for a renewal key code. Please include your BSU Student ID in this request.
Once you have been admitted to the Professional Education program, during your first semester of Education courses, you will receive a Taskstream account. A welcome email from Taskstream will be sent to your BSU email during the THIRD WEEK OF CLASSES. Please consult with the course instructor for further information.
Taskstream Requirements and Tools
Every student in the Department of Professional Education is required to use Taskstream for the following:
- Submit Practicum/Field Experience documentation
- Submit Key Assignments as directed by your instructor

In addition, depending on program, you may be required to use or want to use Taskstream for one or more of the following:
- Student Reflections
- Lesson Plans
- Unit Plans
- Creating Rubrics
- Creating Web Pages
- Creating Professional Portfolios *
* Note: Students can make copies of their program DRFs and turn them into professional presentation portfolios. In these copies, students can change structure, content, design, etc. as they see fit. The copies will not contain the DRF instructions, evaluation scores, or Reviewer comments.
