In addition, pick up an Arranged Course Form from the Records Office<\/a> and fill out Part I. Submit both forms to the program’s internship coordinator. Once the department approves your request, you will be registered for the agreed-upon number of internship credits. After your internship is complete, you will write an essay describing your activities on the internship and how you met the learning objectives. Your supervisor for the internship will be asked to do the same.
