About Shelby<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hello! My name is Shelby, I am studying to get my Bachelor of Science in Design with an emphasis on Exhibit Design at Bemidji State University and I welcome you to my page. I grew up in a military family, so I have lived in many places throughout my life starting in Germany where I was born, to where I live now in Aurora, Colorado. I always loved art and design but never thought I’d get to do it as a profession. After playing collegiate softball at my junior college for two years and receiving my Associate’s degree, I decided the best next step in my academic career was to attend BSU’s Technology, Art & Design program.
I love doing many things that are creative such as 3d\/2d design, Photography, Drawing, and painting, and that has brought me into my passion for Exhibit Design as well as Graphic Design. I am excited about what the future holds for me in the design industry, and I hope to gain more knowledge in the world of being a maker. My future job aspiration is to be an interior designer for anything from residential to corporate, to anything in the exhibit design field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presentation Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For my Senior Portfolio Presentation, I will present some of the best work I have created in the last three years here at BSU. The projects that I chose to present include my rendition of a Corporate Lobby Space for the Nike corporation, a structural and interior design for a luxury studio apartment, and lastly, a rebranding design for Evian Water, including some marketing campaign components to go along with the new design. With these three projects, I believe you will get a better understanding of who I am as a maker and see how BSU has helped me to become the designer I am today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
