April 6: IT to Provide Additional Staffing, Services and Extended Hours

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

If you find yourself in need of IT support, the best way to contact us is by emailing us at helpdesk@bemidjistate.edu  You can also call us at (218) 755-3777.  Please understand that we have limited number of people that can answer that phone, and you should leave a voicemail with your name and number if prompted.  Additional staff will be returning calls in the order that they have been received.

In addition:

  • We have recently updated our Knowledge Base with 22 new articles related to working remotely.
  • The Decker Lab is open 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm.  We ask that everyone practices social distancing and wipes down their keyboard and mouse after they are done.
  • Wi-fi is now available in the AIRC parking lot.

System Office Hours: 

Monday through Thursday 7:00am-midnight

Friday 7:00am-8:00pm

Saturday 7:30am-6:00pm

Sunday 11:00am-10:00pm

You can contact the systems office through the customer portal.  They can assist with the following:

  • Star ID password reset
  • D2L Brightspace
  • Zoom
  • Office 365 (Teams, Skype, Stream, Email)
