The following message was sent to all Housing and Residential Life students on March 30.
Dear Residence Hall Student:
We are working as quickly as possible to provide residence hall students with refunds for room and meal plans. Our goal is for room refunds to begin this week. Refunds for meal plans may take more time, as they require additional support with Aramark. We will be communicating to residents via BSU email once a refund has been processed.
During this time, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to review your address and direct-deposit information (if applicable) in e-Services to make sure they are current and accurate. If you do not have direct deposit set up, a check will be mailed to the address in your e-Services account.
Thank you for your patience as we work diligently to process your refund. We want to provide you as much support as possible to prioritize your success in completing the spring semester.
