I want to thank you all for both the work you have been doing and your flexibility in doing it. As you know, on Wednesday evening Governor Walz announced that his Stay Home order will expire at 11:59 p.m. on May 17, to be replaced at midnight with a new order — Stay Safe Minnesota. May 7: Beltrami COVID-19 Response/Recovery Team needs volunteers


As a member of the Beltrami COVID-19 Response/Recovery team, I am assisting with an effort to recruit volunteers in the event we need additional health care and health care related workers (nursing, CNAs, behavioral health, social workers as well as those who are central to maintaining a facility – maintenance, housekeeping, etc.).

Bemidji State Honors 2020 Beaver Grads Amidst Coronavirus

More than 1,000 students will receive undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bemidji State University on Friday, May 8. While a formal commencement ceremony will be planned for a later date due to the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual celebrations will acknowledge graduates and mark the end of the Spring 2020 semester.
