Changes are coming to the Library’s Catalog and Services! (1/29/2019)

This winter, the library will migrate to a new system. The Library staff has been working diligently to minimize any inconvenience to Bemidji State University students, faculty, and staff. However, this migration will affect the way you search for library materials, your online Library account, and any links to records you may have saved in the A.C. Clark Library catalog. The version of the library catalog currently in place will be deactivated immediately after the update.

See this overview and list of FAQs about the upcoming migration.

There will be a brief period from January 24th through January 29th when library catalog information will not be updated while we are changing systems. This freeze will temporarily affect some services, including interlibrary loan requests and online renewals. Additionally, the availability status of items (books, DVDs, etc) will not be current during this period.

On January 30, 2019 you’ll have a new library catalog and search interface to explore. If you have any questions about the process, its effects on your work, or the new interface when it is made available,  please contact us at libraryreference@bemidjistate.edu or call 755-3342.

Sincerely,

The A.C. Clark Library Staff
