Minnesota State issue: StarID log in failures

Per the Minnesota State System Office, there have been reports of problems with StarID login failures, due system-wide efforts implementation of new authentication methods.

What does this mean for me? Your log in may fail when attempting to access a library resource via the library web site, OneSearch, or anywhere else you use a StarID.

What should I do? Per the system office, the current recommendation is to reset your StarID password.  You can do this on the StarID Self Service web site: https://starid.minnstate.edu/selfservice/recover/pw
