Delivery Service

While the library building is temporarily closed, we are providing access to physical materials owned by A.C. Clark Library by request for Bemidji State University students, faculty, and staff. We will work to provide access to materials digitally when possible, but realize some materials are only available in a physical format. If you would like to borrow physical items from the library, please fill out the form below for each item you would like to borrow. (While this service is not available for unaffiliated community members, we encourage you to reach out to Bemidji Public Library in regards to their curbside pickup service that might be available.)

After filling out the form, library staff will be in touch with you via email to talk about the best way to get you the resources you need. In many cases, this will include sending you library materials in the mail.

Materials will be mailed to you at no cost, with an initial due date of August 27, 2020. Items can be renewed online here, returned in the dropbox outside of the library, returned at any library that has Minitex Delivery Service, or you can mail the materials back to the library. (Please note: mailing materials back is at the borrower’s expense.) Additional information on how to package and return items will be provided with the material when we send it.
