The Bemidji State University men’s hockey team stands at 5-7-2 overall with a 5-4-1 record in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association following a two-game series split with Lake Superior State University in Bemidji over the weekend.<\/p>\n
The Lakers captured the series opener by a 3-2 score on Friday, Nov. 22, before Bemidji State rallied with a 2-1 overtime victory on Nov. 23 to garner the split. The Saturday win moved BSU to 11 points in WCHA play, which currently has the Beavers second behind league-leading Ferris State (15 points).<\/p>\n
