Bemidji State University has been named one of the nation’s most-affordable universities for out-of-state students in a survey done by CollegeAtlas.org.<\/p>\n

\"the-a-list-affordable\"<\/a>Bemidji State ranked 28th on the school’s out-of-state tuition A-List. That list ranks schools based on what CollegeAtlas considered to be a “realistic look at what a typical student will pay for their education” at a particular institution, based on the organization’s examination of various publicly available data.<\/p>\n

College Atlas’ rankings of more than 1,300 colleges and universities recognize institutions that do the most to provide students with an opportunity to earn an affordable, high-quality education.<\/p>\n

The A-List uses U.S. News Best College Rankings to assess the academic standing of each institution. It then factors in tuition costs and acceptance rates to create a list of universities that balance three factors important to students — affordability, accessibility and academic quality.<\/p>\n
