Bemidji State University continued a Commencement tradition and recognized new retirees and emeriti faculty for their decades of service to the university. The six faculty members honored have a combined total of 143 years of service to the university.<\/p>\n

Emeriti:
\n• <\/i>James Rafferty<\/b>, professor emeritus of psychology – 39 years
\n<\/i>• Rosealie Weaver<\/b>, professor emerita of English – 28 years
\n<\/span>• Craig Hougen<\/strong>, professor emeritus of human performance, sport and health – 26 years<\/span><\/p>\n

Retirees:
\n• Kathryn Berglund<\/strong>, coordinator of graphic design and publications – 29 years
\n• Dr. David Smith<\/strong>, associate professor of business administration – 13 years
