Bemidji State University’s Department of Music continues a 17-date Spring 2017 performance schedule on Jan. 27.<\/p>\n

The schedule features student recitals, a faculty recital by Dr. Stephen Carlson, professor of music and department chair, and the department’s annual DeKrey Scholarship Competition and JazzFest, featuring guest clinicians Tia Fuller and Corey Christiansen.<\/p>\n

Bemidji State is proud of its Department of Music and the dedication of its students to peruse a life in music. All recitals are free of charge and most concerts are under $20 for adult tickets with low or free admission to students with the presentation of a student ID.<\/p>\n
