Admission is free, and attendees may purchase tickets to sample food items for $1 each. The menu includes an Italian sausage soup; African chicken soup; di san xian, a vegetarian stir-fry from China; nasi lemak, a coconut rice from Malaysia; and bridadeiro, a chocolate bonbon from Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a flag processional and welcome followed by various performances throughout the evening. Performances will include a Hindi mix dance, a Japanese song called &ldquo;Goodbye Days,&rdquo; a performance by a Nepalese dance group, a poetry reading by a Bangladeshi student, a Malay song and more. The event also will feature interactive crafts, an art sale and henna stall for students to experience art from different cultures.<\/p>\n<p>The Festival of Nations is sponsored by BSU&rsquo;s International Student Organization and its International Program Center.<\/p>\n<h5>Calendar<\/h5>\n<p><b>April 11 &ndash; 4:30&ndash;7 p.m. &mdash;&ldquo;<\/b>Festival of Nations&rdquo; Showcase of International Students; food, entertainment, music, art.
