The fee is increased to $7.50 in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>2008 &mdash;&nbsp; Quistgaard signs the American College &amp; University Presidents&rsquo; Climate Commitment, pledging that BSU will become carbon neutral by 2050, meaning net emissions of greenhouse gases are offset by energy-saving initiatives.
