A meeting may be scheduled with the Travis Greene, Title IX Coordinator, interim (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss the situation and next steps.

Filing a discrimination and/or harassment complaint:
Complaint forms are available by clicking on the link below. All complaints reported verbally or in writing will be handled in a timely and appropriate manner. Although not required, it is requested that the complainant print off and complete the institutional form to report instances/complaints of discrimination or harassment. The completion of this form will facilitate the expediency of the report and its resolution. Completed forms may be taken to the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Deputy Hall, Room 211.
For complaints involving allegations of violations to the Respectful Workplace Policy, please visit with the Megan Zothman (Megan.Zothman@bemidjistate.edu) the Chief Human Resources Officer.
