Who must report details of an incident of sexual violence, including personally identifiable information?
Responsible employees. A responsible employee is any employee who has the authority to take action to redress sexual violence, who has been given the duty to report to appropriate school officials about incidents of sexual violence or any other misconduct by students, or who a student could reasonably believe has this authority or responsibility.
- Who are responsible employees at BSU and NTC? Responsible employees include Campus Safety Officers, other individuals who have campus security responsibilities, and officials at the college and university who have significant responsibility for student and campus activities. This group includes but is not limited to student housing, student discipline, and campus judicial proceedings; advisors to recognized student organizations, athletic coaches, and the Title IX Coordinator, Travis Greene.
