We aim to cultivate a culture that prioritizes both individual growth and collective wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>Our culture supports early resolution when an individual or team experiences workplace concerns. Employees are encouraged to discuss concerns with their direct supervisor for assistance, guidance and paths to resolution. Concerns are handled in a prompt and fair manner.<\/p>\n<h2>Tools, Resources and Offices<\/h2>\n<p>Employees have access to the following tools, resources and offices for a variety of workplace concern topics.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Direct Supervisor\/Next Level Supervisor<\/strong> &ndash; Contact your direct supervisor first to discuss workplace concerns, questions or conflicts. If additional support is needed, you may also reach out to your next level supervisor.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/human-resources\/benefits-and-retirement\/well-being-and-engagement\/respectful-workplace-commitment\/online-complaint-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Human Resources<\/strong><i class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\" title=\"External link\"><\/i><\/a> &ndash; Human Resources provides guidance on employment policies, workplace concerns, benefits, leave and other employee-related matters. HR can help connect you with appropriate resources and support services.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/human-resources\/employees\/bargaining-unit-information\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Bargaining Unit Representatives<\/strong><i class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\" title=\"External link\"><\/i><\/a> &ndash; Bargaining unit representatives assist employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement with workplace questions, contract interpretation and representation matters.
