Disrespectful or unprofessional communications and behavior can disrupt the proper functioning of work units. The Human Resources Team ensures a respectful workplace free of disrespectful and unprofessional communications or behavior by providing effective and non-retaliatory problem solving processes that address concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates professionalism and respect for others in the workplace. Employees can support a respectful workplace by reporting incidents that may violate this policy to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Megan Zothman or their supervisor.
