A website with useful information on eating and physical activity.  The Stand Up & Eat site is an educational and participatory site to help people balance the calories they eat with the calories they burn each day by making active living and healthy eating choices.

This website contains a a wide variety of relaxation/guided imagery/meditation tapes, CDs, DVDs, and books for sale. It also has a free 15-minute relaxation guided imagery CD that you can listen to and/or download to your computer. You can sign up for their e-newsletter which contains information on new products, hot new research, questions and answers, tips, and suggestions for staying healthy. You can also sign up to receive a new Audio Spa Treatment ( ) every Monday morning. Put your feet up, close your eyes, and refresh yourself for a few minutes!
