Create (or edit) a forwarding rule in Office 365 Mail
It’s easy to forward your Office 365 mail to another email inbox.
Use an email forwarding rule to send email delivered to your Office 365 to another email account.
- Log in to Office 365 and click the Outlook (Mail) app.
- Click the Settings icon next to your name, scroll to the bottom of the menu, and click the Mail link to access options for Outlook Mail.
- From the Options menu, click Forwarding to access the settings for enabling email forwarding for your account.
