Set gray-scale printing as default. Windows 7
Tired of choosing gray-scale every time you want to print something?
Follow these instructions to set your printer to always print in gray-scale by default. Saves you time, and your department money. Here’s how:
- Click the Start Button
- Select Devices and Printers.
- Right click on your printer.
- Select Printing Preferences.
- Go to the Color tab.
- Select Print in Grayscale.
- Click Apply.
