Request a Refund on a Print Job


If you cancel a print job but feel PaperCut still charged for it, you can request a refund.

Submit an online help desk ticket here.

Include the following information:

  1. The building, room number and model of the printer you sent the job to (for example: D205-Toshiba-eStudio356)
  2. The date and time of the print job
  3. The type of document sent (Word, Excel,website, etc.)
  4. The number of pages

Your request will be reviewed, and a refund will be issued if you were charged for a job that did not print.
