Request a Refund on a Print Job
If you cancel a print job but feel PaperCut still charged for it, you can request a refund.
Submit an online help desk ticket here.
Include the following information:
- The building, room number and model of the printer you sent the job to (for example: D205-Toshiba-eStudio356)
- The date and time of the print job
- The type of document sent (Word, Excel,website, etc.)
- The number of pages
Your request will be reviewed, and a refund will be issued if you were charged for a job that did not print.
