Printing From Personal Devices: How to Access and Use Web Print
Log in to a web service where you can upload a document to print to most printers on campus.
Supported file formats are (100mb limit):

|Microsoft Excel||xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx|
|Microsoft PowerPoint||pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx|
Note: Does not work from iOS devices.
There are two ways to access Web Print. If you are on a machine that is running the PaperCut client (you have the widget below showing), you can click on the Details… link and it will bring you to the login page.
YOU MUST BE IN FIREFOX OR CHROME IN ORDER TO LOGIN!
If the machine you are on is not running the client or you don’t have the widget showing, go to the following link to login:
The username will vary depending on your role. See the list below for the proper username format:
- BSU students: your starID (for example: as8736th)
- NTC students: your StarID followed by a .s (for example: as8736th.s)
- BSU employees: your StarID followed by a .b (for example: as8736th.b)
- NTC employees: your StarID followed by a .n (for example: as8736th.n)
EVERYONE will use their StarID password.
After you login, you will see the following web page menu.
Click on Web Print. Then click Submit a Job.
Next you’ll need to select a printer. They are listed alphabetically by building. Then select the 2. Print Options and Account Selection button.
Enter the number of copies you want and then select the 3. Upload Documents button.
Drag and drop the supported file you want to print or click the Upload from computer button to browse for your document.
Note: If it is not in a supported format, you can always save it as a PDF document, and then upload it. Click Upload and Complete button.
You will see the status below while your job is being prepared.
You will see the status below when your job is complete. It will be ready for you at the selected printer.
