What to do if you receive a phishing email.

If you receive an email that you suspect is a phishing attempt, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Do not click on any links in the message.
  2. Forward the message as an attachment to This will alert the System Office security team, who can begin the process of quarantining the malicious site using Internet Guardian.
    Note: Do not forward the message to anyone else (including the help desk).
  3. Delete the email
