{"id":6,"date":"2022-01-25T17:26:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T23:26:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/physical-plant\/?page_id=6"},"modified":"2025-06-18T09:11:06","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T14:11:06","slug":"services-and-requests","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/physical-plant\/services-and-requests\/","title":{"rendered":"Services and Requests"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Access and Keys<\/h2>\n<p>To gain access to academic buildings you will need to complete and submit one the following <a href=\"https:\/\/services.bemidjistate.edu\/TDClient\/84\/Portal\/Requests\/ServiceCatalog?CategoryID=168\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">request forms<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Work Orders<\/h2>\n<p>Starting Monday, November 6, 2023, please submit all work orders using the new Asset Essentials application.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Submit Orders<\/h3>\n<p>Log into <a href=\"https:\/\/assetessentials.dudesolutions.com\/Bemidjistate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Asset Essentials<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter your email address (<a href=\"mailto:first.last@bemidjistate.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">first.last@bemidjistate.edu<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Enter your <a href=\"mailto:StarID@minnstate.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">StarID@minnstate.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Enter your StarID password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Create a Request<\/h3>\n<p>You will only need to submit a request with the following information and select:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work Category<\/li>\n<li>Area\/Room #<\/li>\n<li>Location<\/li>\n<li>Work requested:\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wrap-text\">Enter your Workday account if charges apply<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Upload (if needed)<\/li>\n<li>Submit &ndash; see top left corner and click SUBMIT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For additional instructions on <a href=\"https:\/\/help.dudesolutions.com\/Content\/Documentation\/Maintenance\/Asset%20Essentials%20Edu\/User%20Roles\/Requester\/Submitting%20and%20Viewing%20Requests.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">submitting a request<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a>, see Asset Essentials.<\/p>\n<p>That&rsquo;s it&hellip;and our Team will be assigned the work order!
