These priorities translate our mission into tangible action, ensuring that our commitment to access, excellence, and service continues to evolve to meet the needs of tomorrow&rsquo;s students. At the same time, the strategic threads represent the enduring qualities that define BSU and NTC, connecting our history, our people, and our purpose through everything we do. By proactively engaging in shared governance practices, we will create environments where employees and students are sought out, welcomed, valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. We aspire to inclusive excellence where all students and employees have a tangible sense of being sought out, welcomed, valued, and needed, thus positioning them to contribute unique and diverse perspectives to collective problem-solving.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"accordion-item bsu-accordion-item\" open><summary class=\"accordion-button\"><span class=\"accordion-header user-select-none\">Tomorrow&rsquo;s Students<\/span><\/summary><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our future depends on meeting the evolving needs of the students we serve. Through sustainable operations, environmental education, and community engagement, we will model care for the land and resources that sustain us &ndash; today and for generations to come.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"accordion-item bsu-accordion-item\" open><summary class=\"accordion-button\"><span class=\"accordion-header user-select-none\">Regional Economic and Workforce Development<\/span><\/summary><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our region&rsquo;s vitality and our institutions&rsquo; success are intertwined and symbiotic.
