Calling all artists ages 14-18! You have an opportunity to win up to $200 by submitting an original piece of art depicting what Indigenous Peoples Day means to you!<\/p>\n
The winning art work will be featured on the back of a t-shirt that will be used to promote the adoption of Indigenous Peoples Day in Bemidji!<\/b><\/p>\n
First Place award: $200 and artwork displayed on t-shirt<\/p>\n
Second Place award: $100<\/p>\n

Artwork guidelines:<\/b><\/p>\n
If hand drawn Use plain white paper, 8 1\/2\u201d X 11\u201d, send one drawing of the outline only and one drawing with color, use unlimited colors<\/p>\n
If electronic Use Adobe Illustrator (EPS file) or Photoshop (PSD file) to create the artwork, save and send as both CS3 and JPEG files, minimum of 300 dpi, use unlimited colors<\/p>\n
