Testing Out of Class

Students who request accommodations for testing with additional time, testing in a quiet area or needing a test reader or scribe should notify Accessibility Services prior to each term.

It is the student’s responsibility throughout the term to notify Accessibility Services regarding the need for testing out of class and whether or not a scribe, reader or computer is necessary. Again, a student must have a documented disability on file with the Accessibility Services prior to making the request.

For information to start a file and document your disability please contact the Accessibility Services or see the Forms page and download a copy of the application form, release authorization form and the documenting criteria information.

Students testing at the Advising Success Center are responsible for adhering to the rules of the Testing Center.  Prior to signing up for a proctored exam in the Advising Success Center, all students are prompted to review and agree to follow the rules.
