Come check out what we can offer you. New schedules are posted here on the website and at the front desk during the beginning of every semester. We also now have Fitness on Demand Classes available, so if the dance studio is not being used pick from over a hundred virtual classes and workout out by yourself or with a group of friends. We offer a variety of classes for all levels at different times throughout the week during both fall and spring semesters and also over both our spring and summer breaks. Group fitness passes must be purchased to attend any group fitness classes. Participants are required to scan in at the front desk. A group fitness pass entitles you to attend any group fitness class during the semester!
