From mid-August to the first week of classes, you&rsquo;ll have the chance to explore the campus, connect with fellow students and learn everything you need to know to succeed at BSU. All of our new fall students are expected to participate.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday, August 20 &mdash; Beaver Move-In<\/li>\n<li>August 20-23 &mdash; 2026 <span class=\"wrap-text\">New Student Orientation <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wrap-text\">August 24<\/span><span class=\"wrap-text\">-30 &mdash; <\/span>Welcome Week<\/li>\n<li>Thursday, September 3 &mdash; Beaver Organization Bash<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday, September 9 &mdash; On-Campus Employment Fair<\/li>\n<li>September, 21-26 &mdash; BSU Homecoming<\/li>\n<li>October 2-4 &mdash; Beaver Family Weekend<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/services\/student-activities\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/05\/2026-Orientation-Save-The-Date.pdf\">Welcome back flyer<\/a><\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/services\/reslife\/move-in-guide\/\">move-in day<\/a>, you&rsquo;ll start off by settling into your residence hall and then dive into a jam-packed schedule of orientation activities. Off-campus students should check in for orientation at the Hobson Memorial Union Ballroom entrance.<\/p>\n<p>You&rsquo;ll be grouped with 30-40 students and guided by student orientation leaders, who will show you the ins and outs of campus life. You&rsquo;ll discover the resources available to you both on campus and in the Bemidji community, and learn how to take advantage of them.
