Physics Course Desciptions
This program is designed for students who wish some physics training for background and entry into another profession, such as law or medicine, or to supplement an associated profession such as secondary teaching.
Subtotal: 40 credits
Complete a minimum of 21 quarter hours of Physics courses numbered 221 or above (excluding 311). 21 credits
TOTAL QUARTER HOURS REQUIRED FOR MAJOR, B.A.: 61 CREDITS
The following is a list of Physics Major, B.A. courses arranged by year. This schedule is intended to help students plan their courses in an orderly fashion; however, these are only suggestions and this schedule is flexible. Since some advanced courses in physics are offered on alternate years, consult with Department Chair for current schedule.
