Physical Science (Physics -Chemistry) Major, B.S. (Teacher Licensure)

This degree leads to licensure by the State of Minnesota for secondary teaching in Physics, Physical Science, and Chemistry (see adviser for licensure updates and requirements for other states). Professional education courses including ED 318 Science Methods in the Secondary School, are required for licensure (see Professional Education: Secondary). I.Transfer students must take minimum of 15 quarter hours in physics at Bemidji State University.
