ED 4778 Teacher Leadership (3 credits)

This course prepares aspiring educators with the leadership skills needed to cultivate equitable and inclusive learning environments. Grounded in field-based experiences and an anti-racist, equity-focused framework, the course explores key aspects of effective leadership, data analysis, classroom management, technology integration, and teacher wellness. Through a blend of theory and hands-on practice, students will develop the ability to lead change and enhance learning outcomes for all students. Prerequisite(s): ED 3140, ED 3350.
