SPAN 4430 Spanish Linguistics (3 credits)
The application of knowledge of ML 3430 Linguistics to the Spanish language. An introductory course of Spanish topics of phonology, morphology, syntax, lexicography, semantics, and language acquisition theory. Includes the study of the origins and evolution of Spanish and its current use. Prerequisite(s): SPAN 3311 and SPAN 3313 Pre/Co-requisite(s): ML 3430; or consent of instructor.
