NRSG 4210 Nursing Leadership and Management RN-BS (3 credits)
A study of leadership/management theories, concepts, and strategies as applied to professional nursing roles and practice. Topics relate to nursing care delivery patterns, leadership/management processes, issues, and resources. Prerequisite: Current RN license and admitted to major or must have an associate degree or diploma degree as a registered nurse or be a licensed RN by the end of the first semester. Prerequisite/Co-requisite: NRSG 3100.
