TADD 4010 Planning and Managing Large Events (2 credits)
This course provides an in-depth exploration of planning and managing large-scale events that typically attract over 500 attendees, such as expos, conventions, sporting events, and festivals. Students will examine the fundamentals of event planning, including identifying event purpose, designing timelines, organizing logistics, managing volunteers, and evaluating outcomes. Emphasis will be placed on integrating planning, management principles, and promotional strategies tailored to large-scale events.
