Project Management, B.S. major
Construction and Facility Management Emphasis

A total of 120 semester credits are needed for the Project Management, Construction and Facility Management emphasis B.S. degree and include the following:

• 40 upper division credits (level 3000/4000)
• 72 required major core credits 
• Completion of Core Curriculum credits (Minnesota Transfer Curriculum [MnTC] Goal Areas 1-10) - required for all baccalaureate degrees
• Completion of BSU Focus and Nisidotaading Course Requirements

I TADT COMMON CORE

Complete the following courses:

• TADT 3267 Economic and Cost Analysis (3 credits)
• TADT 3873 Capstone Preparation (1 credit)
• TADT 3880 Quality Assurance (3 credits)
• TADT 4867 Lean Principles and Practices (3 credits)
• TADT 4873 Emphasis Related Capstone (3 credits)

Note: To be taken the summer following completion
of the second year. This is not required for transfer
students with an AA or AAS degree.

Complete the following course for 1 credit:

• TADT 3970 Internship (1-3 credits)

Note: To be taken the summer following completion
of the third year. This course is 2 credits unless you
are a transfer student with an AS or AAS degree, then
the course is 3 credits.
