This course trains students in professional technical writing standards, emphasizing adaptability and clear, audience-centered communication essential for today¿s workforce. Students will learn to adapt style, tone, and format for different platforms and audiences, ethically using generative AI tools to streamline collaborative and individual writing processes. Students learn to synthesize complex information, using contemporary information architecture principles to create critical content (e.g., reports, documentation, proposals) and user-focused microcontent. Teaching students to audit AI outputs for bias, prevent hallucination, and ensure factual consistency, the course promotes responsible AI use across multiple professional settings.
