College can get overwhelming. Our Social Work Care Coordinator is here to help you navigate life’s stressors. Whether you’re new to the area, juggling services or just unsure where to start, we use a solution-focused approach to connect you with campus and community resources that support your well-being and success.
Before You Arrive or Transfer to BSU
- Set up local medical or mental health care.
- Transfer prescriptions to a Bemidji pharmacy.
- Get connected to the right people for financial aid, transcripts, or accessibility questions.
While You’re a Student
- Campus Resources: Not sure what’s available or how to ask for help? We’ll guide you.
- Community Services: Need help finding a provider, understanding forms or navigating insurance?
- Problem Solving: We’ll help you create an action plan for personal, academic or health-related issues.
- Advocacy: Get support through life changes or challenges—even if you’re not looking for therapy or medical care.
