Bemidji State University offers vocal ensembles that are open to all students and for many are a family away from home. Whether on the concert stage, under the lights of the opera stage, or on tour with The Bemidji Choir, the music department’s vocal ensembles are a great way to meet other students, refine your vocal talents, broaden your horizons and destress through music.
The Bemidji Choir

The Bemidji Choir, founded by Carl O. Thompson in 1937, is the premier choral ensemble at Bemidji State University under the direction of Dr. Isaac Lovdahl. Interested in auditioning? If so, please email isaac.lovdahl@bemidjistate.edu.
